Brodie Plant Goddard’s Quality Assurance system requires all staff to receive regular training, with strategic goals for personal development. All professional staff must comply with their Continuous Professional Development requirements and our surveying graduates are encouraged through our training programme to undergo the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and achieve Chartered status.
The major objectives of our Company Training Plan are:

Annual appraisals to review training undertaken, identify training needs and agree programmes of personal development for every member of staff.

In-house Training programme to provide ongoing Continuous Professional Development. These sessions are held on a monthly basis covering a wide range of subjects, such as changes to the Building Regulations and sustainability.

Maintain our position as a Practice with an RICS-approved Structured Training Agreement and provide guidance to graduates striving to achieve Chartered status. |

All staff are actively encouraged to attend external training courses and are provided with an annual budget for this purpose. |
