Johnston Sweepers were given the opportunity to purchase 4 acres of land next to their existing factory campus and we were commissioned to produce a feasibility study to assess the potential for integrating new facilities into the exiting manufacturing process.
Our study showed how production flow could be greatly improved with two new buildings linked into the existing campus which would increase capacity and allow the centralisation of manufacturing onto a single site.
Two years later the first new building was complete and ready for occupation and the building achieved BREEAM ‘excellent’ standard.
