We were instructed by the Southern Housing Group to provide building surveying services for the repair and refurbishment of flats within a terrace of four Grade II listed Regency properties in Brighton which had suffered structural problems due to historic interventions over many years.
This included undertaking surveys, preparing reports, estimates, tendering, contract administration as well as architectural services in the preparation of drawings and obtaining planning and listed building consent.
