BPG were appointed by WSCC to refurbish this office building to create a northern hub for the counties services.
The building houses the central IT facilities for the County Council and has brought significant cost savings by providing a central training location with facilities for up to 1000 delegates in conference, training rooms and catering facilities.
The whole project was carefully controlled to protect the budget for the works and deliver the promised savings on the council’s accommodation costs.
