BPG Architects + Surveyors is a multidisciplinary practice in the heart of Central Dorking, bringing together Architectural Technologists, Architects and Surveyors under one roof. Our work spans residential, healthcare, education and public sector projects across Surrey and beyond, from sensitive retrofit and existing-buildings schemes through to major new developments. Whatever the brief, we care about designing well and getting the details right.

We are always keen to hear from talented people who want to do their best work in a supportive, collaborative studio. You will be trusted with real responsibility early, work closely with experienced colleagues across disciplines, and see your projects through from concept to completion. We invest properly in the people who join us, with genuine CPD support, payment towards professional body registration and an annual salary review, alongside a competitive salary, a 5% employer pension contribution, 25 days’ holiday (pro-rata) plus public holidays, and free parking in Dorking town centre.
