BPG are pleased to announce that planning approval has been granted for our latest residential project in Surrey.
This spacious extension is designed to provide accessible ground floor accommodation and bathroom facilities to meet needs of the current residents and enable them to continue living at the dwelling. The extension provides space for a larger kitchen, utility room and a future-proof bedroom with accessible shower.
The new proposed roofs do not exceed the ridge height of existing ground floor roofs ensuring no additional views or light is blocked from the first-floor windows and no visible changes differences can be seen from the first floor to minimise impact on the surrounding properties.
As a part of the extension, the new windows have been aligned on the southern elevation to reflect the position and symmetry of the original building. We look forward to seeing this proposal fully finished within the year.
