Chiddingfold nears Completion

The last two of the five housing sites are now very nearly complete, and should be handed over to Waverley Borough Council in the next month.

We held site meeting no 25 this week – “yes that’s over two years of monthly meetings”, and we anticipate that will be the last meeting. It has been quite a journey, with various hurdles along the way, but Feltham Construction Ltd have provided an excellent service, with the new homes being completed to an exceptionally high standard.

The properties completed so far have proved very popular with local residents, and have provided much needed accommodation for the local community as well as shared ownership opportunities.
