BPG Appointed for Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea Roof Level Developments

BPG were commissioned by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to carry out feasibility studies on a number of varied properties around the Borough to establish if they are potentially suitable for roof level developments.

This involved a desktop survey and site inspection of each property taking into account the fundamentals required for a building to suit a roof level development. We produced a report for each building setting out our findings, recommendations and conclusion.

The surveys were completed over a number of days and the reports were issued to the client ahead of programme.
